Refund policy

All balloon and flower orders may be changed or cancelled up to 5 days before its scheduled delivery or pick up date. After this period has passed all orders become final and non-refundable. Please send us an email at hello@peppylunaevents.com or call us at (213) 330-9472 in order to request a cancelation. 

If upon delivery or pick up, an item is damaged, Peppy Luna Events offers a replacement or issues a store credit or refund, as agreed upon with the purchaser, based upon availability. Peppy Luna must receive communication via a call or text message to (213) 330-9472 on the day of the delivery. Please send us a photograph of the damaged item in order to be eligible for a replacement, credit or refund. Failure to do so may result in no replacement, credit or refund being issued.
